The popular US actor Zach Braff, most famous for his role on Scrubs says he’s still straight and still loves his girl after a hacker posted a "coming out" message on his own website.
On Wednesday, the "Scrubs" and "Garden State" star wrote on Facebook that his website had been hacked and defaced with a letter announcing that he is gay, the security firm Sophos reported.
"I am excited and proud to announce that I am an open member of the homosexual community," the bogus coming out letter reads. "This is not news to those closest to me, and I honor that they have kept it a secret for such a long time." The letter continued, "This doesn't change anything. I am still Zach Braff, and I am the same man I've always been, gay or not."
Braff's compromised website had not been updated since around 2006. However the charming Zach Braff, didn’t appear to be too upset, the star who is dating model Taylor Bagley, seems to easily brush off the hack with the following statement -
'"My old website got hacked," Braff told his fans on Facebook. "Someone issued a 'coming out' statement on my behalf. I'm still straight and in love with my girlfriend. But not too straight; I still love musicals, brunch and Doogie Howser."
