To stop homophobia we need to start in our schools. Homophobic bullying is endemic in Britain's schools, with over two thirds of gay young people being bullied because of their sexual orientation.Last month we sent a copy of our feature film FIT to every secondary school in Britain providing teachers with an essential tool for tackling homophobia. This year we'll break new ground by working in primary schools for the first time. We can only do this with your support.
We're delighted to announce a fabulous prize for the top fundraiser, courtesy of American Express - a fantastic luxury weekend for two in Paris including business-class travel on Eurostar, two nights' stay in a luxury hotel and £500 spending money!
Registering for your individual or team place is easy, just visitwww.equalitywalk.org.uk today and complete the online registration or call 020 7593 2294 to talk to one of our Equality Walk team.
