There is fury in the Northern Ireland town of Londonderry, a gay and bisexual sauna which has opened for business in Londonderry is at the centre of a storm of protest from fundamentalist Protestant ministers.
The Cage opened its doors in John Street last Friday but does not yet have planning permission, the Belfast Telegraph has learned.
The churchmen have vowed to “fight tooth and nail” to make sure it does not get the permission it needs to continue operating.
An application has been lodged by the owner for a cafe and sauna, but it is still “under consideration” by the Planning Service and has yet to be brought before Derry City Council for a decision
