A tire changer with the RedBull Racing NASCAR team have sent a clear message, they take their rules strongly and have fired a crewmember over homophobic tweets.
Steve Fuller a tyre changer was in San Francisco on Sunday and posted a picture of a gay pride banner, and wrote "This is way [sic] I don't live here!" A follower of his tweeted back, "If we could get rid of them, it'd be a lot better." Fuller responded with "lol... Don't we all wish!"
As soon as the team bosses at Red Bull Racing became aware of the public tweets, they had no hesitation in firing Fuller.
