Held in conjunction with Credit Suisse, who are financial sponsors of the charity, it drew over 100 members of the lesbian and gay community.
Young service users, carers and professional contributors were all recognised for their contributions to the charity, which helps thousands of people every year.As part of the evening, the parents of the late Kristian Digby – a former ambassador of the organisation – presented the first-ever accolade in his name.
"Kristian wouldn't have missed this for the world," said his mother. "He was very passionate about the Albert Kennedy Trust and would be proud of this new accolade in his name."
